How will I benefit from this new arrangement?

EnerBank’s platform and skilled financial professionals, combined with the reach and experience of Regions’ Consumer Banking teams, will help us deepen relationships with clients while reaching new customers with convenient home improvement lending options.

Will I need to do anything differently?
Nope. You will not need to do anything differently. The application, funding, and disbursement processes will remain the same for both you and your customers.
Will my contractor ID change?
No, you can continue to use the same contractor ID and program phone number. If anything changes, we’ll notify you in advance.
What about my customers — will our relationship change?
If your customer’s loan has been approved, there will be no disruption in terms, funding or rates. The acquisition won’t change your customer’s loan terms or repayment schedule. You will still be able to provide homeowners with excellent service and support.
